We ensure your website's plugins and themes are up-to-date along with having backups stored in a multitude of locations in case of site failure.

Each plan varies in what is included and the timescale of which items are provided. Included in our plans are:

1. Regular Updates

Objective: Keep the website's software, plugins, and themes updated to the latest versions to improve security, performance, and compatibility.

What we provide:

• Plugin and theme updates.

• Test updates in a staging environment before applying them to the live site, ensuring all components are compatible with the latest software versions.

2. Backup and Recovery

Objective: Implement a robust backup and recovery plan to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity.

What we provide:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly backups depending on the website's activity level. Including both full and incremental site backups.

• Backups securely stored in multiple locations, including cloud storage and local servers.

• Put a recovery plan in place which outlines the steps to restore the website from a backup in case of data loss.

3. Blog Content Analysis

Objective: Continuously monitor your websites content, namely blog posts and articles, to ensure their effectiveness.

What we provide:

• Blog post analysis regarding SEO, clarity in writing and topics.

• Provide suggested changes to the writing, scheduling and SEO of your posts.

4. Site Analytics and Reporting

Objective: Provide clients with insights into their website performance and their users behaviour to inform strategic decisions.

What we provide:

• Website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates monitoring using tools like Google Analytics.

• Detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

• Keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and SEO performance.

5. Included working hours

We provide free hours of website work ranging in time dependant on your plan to ensure that website fixes can be completed at no extra cost.

• Included hours starting from 2 hours per month.

• Additional hours can be bought at £30 an hour.

• Hours are not stackable over months.

Documentation & Delivery

All reports are provided in a power point style pdf and are delivered periodically dependant on your plan.
